Day by day we are creating more opportunities and improving the accessibility for our treks to be enjoyed by less able bodied persons and those with special requirements.
As part of our ongoing plans we are adapting the routes to incorporate the needs of all our clients wherever possible.
Recently we took a family on a trek and there eldest son is registered as disabled but with our co operation and their determination they had what they termed the 'best part of their holiday'. It was with this joint experience in mind that we decided to become one of the few quad trek teams offering facilities for the disabled.

As the canopy of disabled and special needs embraces so many varying degrees of disability we are constantly listening and adapting to broaden our availability.
The treks offer the perfect opportunity for the family unit to jointly participate in a fantastic outdoor experience.
We are fortunate that within a few kilometres of our base there are two wonderfully renovated typical style spanish guesthouses owned by english families with full disabled facilities. We are therefore able to connect with these establishments to create a short break or full holiday stay with organised treks incorporated.
We welcome all suggestions and enquiries and if your are specific with your requirements we can assure you that prior to your booking we will consider them carefully. Our aim is to make this the experience you wish to have.

New to quadlandertreks is Casa del Lagos, a family run apartment in the village of el chorro, on the edge of the national park.
The apartment is specifically but not exclusively designed to accomodate guests who are unable to leave their wheelchairs unaided. We also welcome guests with mental health issues, learning difficulties or behaviours that challenge.
The apartment is fitted with an hydraulic bed, hoist and a pool hoist.The accomodation consists of a large bedroom with a number of sleeping options, and an en-suite wetroom.
The lounge has a sofabed and the kitchen area as with all the accomodation is wheelchair friendly.The pool in the gardens has a fully equipped hoist.
Guests can choose a self catering, bed and breakfast or a half/full board option to suit their own requirements and travel plans and specific to what they are offering is a specialised care package with a british qualified nurse NVQ4 in care management with an advanced british police check.
Airport transfers in a wheelchair adapted vehicle are included in the price and can also be hired on a self drive basis during your stay or with a driver.
